About Guitar Griff…
Griff has been teaching guitar for 33 years and has a music degree (B. Mus Hons) from Goldsmiths College, University of London. During this time, he has taught in colleges, high schools and primary schools. He has taught individual lessons and has run group classes for both adults and children.
Griff’s teaching method focusses on the following aspects of musicianship:

– Guitar solos and riffs of famous songs
– Students will learn how to play with feeling or expression.
– Learn to play classic guitar songs
Griff’s teaching method is appropriate for students who want to play guitar in blues, pop and rock styles of music. Students will learn to play actual guitar solos of famous songs and will also learn to improvise solos along with famous songs and other chord sequences. Also, students will learn to ‘jam’ along with other musicians and play along with backing tracks using strumming patterns and chord sequences.
